Level 2 network engineer specialised in Cisco SD-WAN and Meraki. 5+ years running an enterprise network for Telefónica: support for 6,000+ devices, production changes and the migration of ~150 sites. Promoted from intern to Level 2 on the same project.
When everything works, no one thinks about the network. That is my job: corporate SD-WAN and LAN/WAN infrastructure that stays up while it is diagnosed, migrated and restored.
An incident is not closed when service comes back, but when it is clear why it failed. Diagnosis before patching.
In a migration, the cutover is prepared until it stops being a risk: plan, validation and rollback defined before touching production.
